Working with traditional and digital media, I specialize in figurative, biological, and botanical illustrations. My art is inspired by an overarching state of being; the material body is our universal constant, despite its fleeting nature. I create to understand the world, to process existence, and appreciate its beauty. In turn, I create to communicate information, to prompt active seeing rather than passive looking.
